Weight?

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

60-65% of Americans are overweight, where do you stand?

I live of pb and j and cereal. Actually I go food shopping and eat like a king for two or three days then go back to pb and j for a few days. I call it my cave man diet. Like a cave man would kill something and eat good for a bit. Then have to live off berries and roots untill they kill again.

dude we'd get along great. I do the same exact thing pretty much. My cousins make fun of me and call me cave man dan, but not for my eating habbits haha. Nothing wrong with pb and j, and cereal. Sometimes I have tuna fish sandwhiches too, and if Im feeling fancy a tuna melt. So mainly pb and j, cereal, tuna fish, sometimes snacks, and water. Water is the key in my diet haha, cant get enough of it. I dont eat those things cause Im lazy, I do cause I love it. hmmm, maybe it is cause Im lazy haha.

I go the the local rock climbing gym a couple of times per week so I have no problem with chin ups. I really should do push ups a few times a week and try to get some other exercise. The problem is climbing at the gym is fun for me and I find working out just to be fit boring. I also go caving a couple of times a month. It is a pretty good work out.

Holy crap you guys are scrawny ;) I'm huuuuge. I'm 6' and 200 ;) I'm not afraid to admit I am 200 because it is impossible to tell. I don't know where my weight is at all. It fluctuates too. Down to 160 up to 220 and back down again.

May be muscle.. I'm pretty healthy bodied naturally ;) I really am an Amazon woman. :)
