I'd say about 1.2k, give or take a couple hundred.

I miss the days when it was the best computer I've ever used...*tear*...seems like so long ago.

Probally because there is no game that will take much advantage of 512 video memory. And wont be for a while.

So he probally decided to get better performance system memory.

By time games come out to take advantage of 512 video mem there will be new cards out so no point wasting money now.

My system cost about $1700

don't remember how much i payed total when i bought, maybe $900. And i've upgraded here and there for probably 3 or 4 hundred, need i need a new graphics card:

P4 2.6 ghz
Gigabite MB, don't remember shit else about it
1 gb DDR 3200 Ram, had 2 gigs, but one of my 512's went bad.
ATI Radeon 9800 pro card (buggy)
Sounblaster something 24bit card, sounds better than on-board.
2 200 gb HD's, 1 80 gig (original). I download alot of shit.
oh yeah and i put some of those nifty blue fans like dude has in there a couple of months ago.

:D

My PC is worth a hell of a lot less than it was worth last year but I can't say exactly how much I have spent on it because I upgrade component by component.

PCs and PC components are like fruit at a grocery store. The longer they stay on the shelf the less they are worth. ;)

Soundblaster Audigy 2
1GB, 2 512's RAM

Uhh and that's about it :P She runs just as fast as she did when I got her :)

Goes for just about everything though. Buy a brand new car, once you drive it off the lot it decreases in value so much.

My computer is worth jack shit.

True, i decided to get pci express also because AGP is a dying breed. Also it seems that games nowadays take alot more RAM just to play em. I think you have to have at least 1.5 gigs to play a game and have running processes going at the same time.
Dimension 8400 3.20 Ghz Pentium
2 GB DDR2 SDRAM
256MB PCI Express Nvidia
