Every year fines accure. Yes, they're getting worse and worse but unless you're beligerent, not much to fear.
Im of age, and wont be staying on the street till 2 am when the gas hits. I dont get so wasted I cant stand...so the only possible thing they could nail me with is urinating in public.
$166 however. I believe I could talk my way out of it with the whole "work for a state agency" speech again.

Bars...out of the question. TOO FUCKING PACKED. Lines are god awful.

I have the best costumeof all time. I will wear the same clothes i wear normally with one small difference, I will be wearing a name tag that says...... GOD.
