I thought Stern was funny for some years, but for me the same stich just got old!

They start funy then they sell out and they become progressively less funny. Just look at Jay Leno if I laugh it's because he's so pathetic.

Jon Stewart is still funny.

Does he have is own show yet?

If so it's only a matter of time...

Cant stand Leno. His face and voice annoy me :)

Yes Jon Stewart has his own show. Has some funny stuff.

John Stewart absolutely rules!!! Overall, I like Howard Stern (loved his books) but I have feeling that going to satellite radio is going to ruin him. His big thing was pushing the envelope on public radio. Now, with no real limits, I think he'll lose the shock value. It's kinda like watching a porn. Interesting, very interesting, very very interesting, ...and suddenly you lose interest.

You have never watched The Daily Show?

Its very funny and I believe its pretty big.

Yeah I've seen it but it's not 'The John Stewart' show yet...

John Stewart sucks. Kilborn was 100X better on the Daily Show.

howard is great. he is the reason there are any shock-jock types out there in the first place., hands down.
I have been listening to stern since he first started to air in philly (the 1st syndicated station) in the late 80's. I have never laughed so hard and out loud all by myself in the car for anyone like for stern.
Yes, his humor is toilet humor at times but damn does he have some funny ass sh*t to say. It's great because he just tells it like it is and says what people think and are afraid to say.
I am looking forward to his Sirius radio channel.

Funniest part about people who bash Stern (and others) for "toilet humor" is that if they heard the same or similar joke from a friend, they'd laugh their ass off. For some reason, it comes across as offensive out of Stern's mouth.

I guess that's why I think he's funny. He talks and jokes about the same things that pretty much any guy I've ever met would talk and joke about.
