The American military did NOT have permission to shoot down any domestic flight that was off course prior to 9/11, that was put into place AFTER the events. There have been plans in place in case a situation were to occur where terrorists had hijacked a jetliner and had WMD on it..but not for a simple hijacking. American policy is to try and NOT kill all the passangers on a hijacked plane that isn't carrying WMD.

NORAD, actually the National Command Authority, has a policy in place that ALL PLANES who have deviated from their original flight plan and/or fail to respond to air traffic controllers are to be intercepted, as evidenced by Payne Stewart 6 months before.

The order to intercept and shoot down would be given by the Joint Chiefs, specifically the Higest Raking Admiral of the Navy, since he is the only one with contstitutional authority.

The National Command Authority waited for 75 minutes before scrambling aircraft, even though it was known that four simultaneous hijackings had occurred.

However, in the wake of 9-11, this infdormation was conviently and sudedenly removed from thier site.

Plus the President was not notified for 45 minutes and Mayor Willie Brown of San Francisco recieved a warning the night before. Refute that.

As for getting the IDs of the hijackers..that was actually easy. Passanger manifests give the names of every single person on the planes. Check those with known alias's of suspected terrorists or known sympathizers, then check the videos taken at the various airports and match faces..takes a few hours to get the IDs..which..oddly enough..is how long it took.

That would be easy, for the FBI was ORDERED by the president to NOT investigate ANY al Quadea in America. This is proven fact. Go look it up yourself. The FBI knew who perpetrated these acts, but were ordered to leave them alone.

The Bush Administration orders the FBI and intelligence agencies to "back off" investigations involving the bin Laden family, including two of Osama bin Laden's relatives (Abdullah and Omar) who were living in Falls Church, Va. -- right next to CIA headquarters. The IDs are meaningless, the airlines do not keep photocopies of the IDs when compared to the manifest, nor compare them to some list of know terrorist (at least at the time they didn't). All you have to do is get on any airplane to find this out. The video form the airport, I'll give you that.

As for the rubble that the theory claims was not investigated....man what a bs line. There was a huge place in New Jersey where they took all that rubble and combed through it ALL by hand. Most of the identifications of people who died in the Towers was based on the minute pieces of human remains found in this manner, via the DNA matching process.

Granted, the rubble was taken to New Jersy, what other place in America do Crime Syndicates dispose of critical evidence? I am not diputing the DNA evidence, but you fail to discuss any metalurgy tests, structural testing, or other BUILDING RELATED tests or investigations that supposedly took place. And if they did take place, where are the results? Where was the celebration of supposedly capturing the "mastermind" of 9-11 during Bush's State of the Union address, he gets mentioned only once, with no fan fare? Afterall, we CAPTURED the MASTERMIND behind 9-11. Even though reports show that he may have actually died some 3 weeks prior in Afghanastan.

Where is the investigation now? Why has the evidence been sold to scrap dealers OUTSIDE the US? Why the rush?

The sad fact is that you, like most of Americans, are in complete denial that your "protectors" could allow these events to happen, much less provide assistance.

Agreed. Have you seen his desparation? He's started individual threads to try to get across his alleged "point". Hopefully no one will even respond.

Few people are raising questions about the obviously false statements we have been told about 9/11? Why did it take 28 minutes for flight controllers to notify NORAD two planes had been hijacked when the average time to do so in such a case is 3 minutes? Why were fighters scrambled from a base 180 miles away when seven other bases had fighter jets ready that could have done the job in a fraction of the time? Why was FEMA in New York the night before the crashes? Why did those fires at the base of the towers burn for 100 days? Why did Bush read a book for a half hour when he knew two planes had hit and two more were hijacked? Why was the bin Ladin family flown out of the country when all flights were grounded? Why did the FBI chief say we had no warning this was coming and everybody else in the FBI say we had plenty of warning? Who did make the billions of dollars from all those put options on two airlines the day before the attacks? These are only a fraction of the question the government continues to cover up, as several billions of people know.

Answer those questions and shut me up. Until then, deal.

Blood, your ramblings have inspired me. I have looked into a few of your beliefs, and will try to summarize a few of them below. Please fill me in on anything I've missed on these two subjects so that I can try to explain all of the problems with your take on these issues.

First, you are convinced that you are not a United States citizen based on some contrived reading of the 10th Amendment. You also believe, based on statements in the Congressional Record from a Louisiana senator named Rarick, that the 14th Amendment is not really part of the Constitution, and that it therefore does not make you a citizen even though you likely were "born in the United States." You then look at the tax code and IRS publications which say that the tax code applies to "U.S. citizens, " and conclude that since you are not a U.S. citizen, the tax does not apply to you.

You also believe, that the U.S. Supreme Court eliminated the common law in Erie R.R. v. Tompkins (http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.pl?court=US&vol=304&invol=64). From here, you have concluded that the Constitution no longer applies in the courts. (And, though I don't think that you got into it, we are able to tell that a court is one where the Constitution doesn't apply because it will display a flag with a gold fringe around it.) I'm really not sure how you think the UCC gets involved in this, but you are convinced that it is now the only source of law the courts respect.

The UCC is a commercial code, not applicable to your private life only commercial (puplic) life. However, you, as a private citizen, have remedy under this code when dealing with corporate entities. This is fact.

When you enter a court of law, since it is not our desiginated government due to the Bankruptcy of 1933, the Civil War, and a banking act of 1871, you enter as a commercial entity for that is the only way the court will recognize you. If you enter pro per, in one's own proper person, the court can not recognize you. Ask an attorney or better yet a judge on the issue of pro per vs attorney present (which by they way makes you legally incopentent to defend yourself) A judge at law is just there to enforce a contract that is place.

The only thing I ever said about the Income Tax is that it relys on "voluntary compliance", however it is unconstitutional. For no matter how you slice it. once you sign the paper, you have entered into a contract in which you agree that everything you provide is done under penalty of perjury. in other words you sign away your 4th and 5th Amendment Rights. The government can not "ask" you to give these rights away.

I would like to see this quote from Rarick. I do not recall ever making any arguement over the validity of the 14th Amendment.

The only thing I ever said is that the 14th Amendment made us corporate citizens of a corporate state as well as citizens of our Soverign State, thus dual citizenship. In a sense it made everyone slaves, in their corporate capacity.
