Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

I like PudriK

I find a mix of the two to be correct, but how much either plays I have no idea.
Anywho, women & men their isn't much difference on a broader scheme. People in general have so many different personalities exc exc can we really point are finger at the sex they are to blame? Personally, I feel we are all just one big bag of mixed nuts! I always eat the cashews first!

Not being one to catcall, I can't say for sure, Siren, but I don't think the intention of men is to make women feel inferior. I think it is quite simply an outward expression of appreciation, made by someone who knows he clearly has no chance, but wants to be noticed anyway. It probably also has a social aspect, a way of displaying one's confidence to one's buddies... the reason you see groups of men do it more often than single guys. (I may be wrong there... this opinion is based on stereotype, not observation.) I suppose it may be, in a way, also intended as a reminder that she is only being seen as a sex object. It's also an ego boost, if you get a smile in return.

I agree with whoever said that women dress up for other women.

Well, the intentions behind catcalls vary, I'm sure. Maybe some men just think women enjoy it, and I'm sure many women do, but its essentially a psychological behavior, and since I'm seeing women on here express feeling anger and degradation from it, I'm just pointing out that women definitely have ways of conveying behaviors that have the same effects on men where they feel angered and degraded.

Yeah. Like saying, 'no'.

I wonder. Girl, you seem proud and happy to display your acoutrements on the forums, and don't take offense to the responses. Was your negative reaction to this gentleman's comment because it was uninvited, or because what he said was much cruder than "nice rack"?
To Siren, what's your weapon of choice?

The most I ever do to attractive men I see is wink, because, in my view, yelling something like "nice ass!" is crass. And winking usually gets my point across loud and clear. Without being overly offensive.
