Please help! Strange graphics crash...

I've had no problems with my Alienware machine. It runs slick and I didn't pay any more than some of the higher end home built systems.
That said, it does sound like you have a video card issue there. And I agree with you that, since you paid for the warranty, demand that they replace the faulty parts.

They are sending me a new graphics card, FedEx 2-Day express apparently.
That's pretty speedy, but apparently it takes them about 4 days to process RMA orders.
What the fuck is processing and why is it taking so long? and it seems like they're just taking advantage of the fact that they now have me by the balls now.
