wow, this is GAY!
i rented a 24 slot server, $5.00 a month, everything is going awesome. i get to the end, and i dont have an ip adress or even a port number this is what i basically want to do to this website: :ar15:

*who i bought vent from* ok, i bet im supposed to get an ip and port # in an email, but right now, i am REALLY pissed off, so will SOME1 please tell me when i can actually USE my ventrilo server?????

Drop an email to support@ecgnetwork.com with your name and we'll check on if your server was turned up yet or not and resend your info.

I have a 75 slot vent server with ECGN, support has always been very helpfull for me..

If you didnt get the email with the webpanel info just drop them an email about it and they will send it to you asap... Usually respond in less than 20 minutes when I contact them..

No.... I despise email.... If it gets interrupted for even 5 minutes my phone rings off the hook with complaints of "Email isnt working, why?"

naw, about 1-3 days after you rent it, you get an email with the hostame and port number and control panel information, after that you can set up and start to use the server

Not sure that is true, the only delay would be if we cannot reach you by phone, we do not turn the servers up until we hear back from you.

HOw do you log in as an admin? thru the ventrilo client?

The web panel just lets me start.stop server and edit the config file.

I have used the Name, admin password, and port in the config file to no avail. I can only log in as a user.

Can anyone help here?

use the support link in the menu at the left. The "News and updates" forum is probably not the best place.

The admin password/login is for when you're in the Ventrilo server
