His name is listed on your cd key, and your ips are both from the same service provider and look pretty damn close on the map. It's not a giant leap to think you are the same person.

Look I have explained this a dozen times. You can't follow players using earphones you can get a good idea where they are but you cannot follow them exactly behind a wall. Exactly tracking player on the other side of a wall = hax.

I play with earphones and the highest sound setting, I know what they do and do not allow you to do.

And no I didn't know he was following players though the wall when I took the demo but I pretty strongly suspected it. Then I reviewed the demo with r_shownormals 1 turned on and was convinced.

As for whether or not it has been 2 years since you guys used the same cd key we really only have your word for that. As it stands it appears he has access to your cd key and as he's banned so is that key.
