The guy the fell was a well trained "pro" at parkour. I know you've all seen their videos before: guys that run up and over barracades, doing flips off of walls, damn near climbing them straight up, with tons of flips and mid-air twists that would give Spiderman or any ninja a run for their money. That clip shows you exactly how badly things can go even by a "pro." The guys that do parkour have always impressed me with their amazing combination of gymnastics and martial arts. To even consider it, you have to be in peak physical condition.

But, OUCH. This vid is exactly the answer to the question I've always had about it, though: "what if he misses the landing?" SPLAT

I'm guessing this was only good for a Darwin Award "Honorable Mention" and not a full blown award. There are some sports that are just not a good idea. Caber toss and parkour are the two that jump to mind right now.
