Silver, I dont think anyone is busting yours or anyone elses from another country, balls. We understand that its tough for you guys and I personally think you guys do a hell of a good job with English.

Hey, people from foreign countries with english as a second language get a pass from me, but people from California don't....
And silver, you don't kill threads, your posts make sense, and you add to the discussion, you don't spam... you may disagree with something but that's OK, I like a good argument...

*looks around* Well, I just COULDN'T resist coming in here. Speaking of thread killers par-excellance....*bows*.
Regarding the folks from around the world who join in here and try their best in a language foreign to them, I give you my utmost respect. I can't speak anthing but English (I do a mean mime-act though to get ideas across when abroad) so really appreciate others making the effort to come over to our side. Sense to not be made times all, but confused I'm not all the time, and points good there are mine to think about.
Regarding freedom of speech: I'm afraid that is something that's never really existed. There are merely degrees of allowability. On the bright side, this is a private forum, thus mostly outside the constraints of this or that political ideology. On the negative side, it's a private forum that is administered by folks who have to make decisions regarding representative ideology. Want freedom of speech? Talk to yourself in a mirror.
To drag this point just a little longer--if someone came in here and all they did was swear and curse a lot, most of us would feel they're being jerks and put them on iggy, or adminestrators would remove them entirely. Point being that we all have regulators on what we 'allow' as freedom of expression. I worked as a therapist with maximum security inmates for a long time, and it wasn't at all unusual for my first bunch of sessions with a client to consist of doing nothing more than listening to an eruption of colorful vulgarity. Eventually the person realizes it isn't doing them any good and we move on. Some people need that phase, though.
It is true that we learn best when listening to ourselves--often when we're being an ass. We process it later within the safety of our own mind and dreams, learning to adapt.
Someone mentioned somewhere that anyone who makes long posts must spend way too much time thinking about this kind of stuff (somehow inferring that therefore they are crazy--I'm not sure how that conclusion was arrived at). I dunno 'bout that. I'm a writer and type around 90wpm. This will take me about 6 minutes to construct.
