I love it. The guy in the counterthing.org article implies they never found undercarriage, engines, or passengers of Flight 77. Wrong, wrong, and wrong.

There's debris that is clearly undercarriage (like the wheels) and engines (they found the engines with serial numbers intact) and DNA recovery identified almost every single passenger.

Here's the other thing: *hundreds* of people SAW the plane crash into pentagon. It was a nice sunny day. There is no shortages of witnesses who actually SAW the passenger jet flying a few dozen feet off the ground headed toward the Pentagon. There are snapped off trees and lightpoles leading to the Pentagon. A piece of a lightpole fell on a taxi cab, injuring the driver. For a missile conspiracy to work, the people in charge would have to obtain flight 77, break the jet plane apart and kill the passengers (in secrecy) in a matter of hours, then launch the missile into the Pentagon, then in a flurry of activities create the path of destruction leading to the Pentagon (tree and lightpoles etc) and quickly plant the debris of Flight 77 along with bits and pieces of most of the passengers into the hole left behind by the missile.
If I'm the 'evil conspirator' and I have control of the jet, wouldn't I just take the easiest route and crash the jet into the Pentagon, instead of going through all the trouble and hitting it with a missile?
Same with the retard 'bombs in the Twin Towers' people. If I'm the evil conspirator, and I can and do plant bombs in the WTC, why bother with a risky operation involving hijacking planes and such, only to bring down the towers later with the bombs? Wouldn't it just be easier to blow the WTC up and say 'holy shit, the arabs just blew up the WTC with some bombs!' It would certainly be a very plausible story since arab terrorist had attempted to blow up the WTC just a few years ago with a truck bomb!
That's the major flaw with these conspiracy theories, they don't consider the realities of the world. While some might say Bush took advantage of 9/11 to attack Iraq, the idea that 9/11 was planned as an excuse is the most retarded thing in the world. Believe me, if the US wants to force an incident to get into a war with Iraq, there a million easier and safer ways to do it.
I think it's funny, as conspiracy theorists get debunked on each of their talking points, they just abandon them and jump to something new, like building 7. When they finally get debunked on their last few bits of 'evidence', they revert back to earlier refuted evidence, because people get tired of rehashing it and re-proving it. It's like a rope-a-dope assault that just wears you out.
