Alright nevermind. He bought a used computer with a hardware ban :-/ so were going to have to talk with pb admin.

I'm so confused... Turns out he didn't have the computer I thought he was using rofl. Ok well he bought that computer new... so somehow he use to play with what you are saying are hacks. So whatever I don't give a shit anymore if he hacks.

Well we can't actually tell what has happened without having his guid to find out. There's no-one on the ban list with the name you gave.

So I'm sorry if we don't seem very helpful but you haven't given us a lot to work on. Most times people think they are banned it's because they ahve the default cd key in place and not their own. But you say he checked that so that means if he wants to know why he's banned he needs to give us his guid.
