I love how they can get away with crazy shit like that.
I imagine if they tried that in the US there'd be lawsuits from people just watching the show, let alone the poor people involved. Sucks that law gets in the way of potential funnies.

I don't get it. I watched some of the first video. And some of the second one. It seems to be a guy in leather hot pants walking around being a little loud. This would not draw much attention in most cities in this country. Let alone cause you to be arrested. I can see how it is big there. The Japanese are very conservative. Heck we already had Tom Green put shit on his microphone and put it in front of peoples faces. Not to mention the Naked Cowboy and the guys from Jackass.
