I had hoped to go to one someday, seriously. It looks cool, like a carnival centered around video games and electronic gadgets. Plus the infamous 'Booth Babes' -oops, I don't want to flamed into oblivion for daring to talk of such outrages!!

Booth babes suck now that they have to have more clothes on.. Made me stop going to E3 :(

Yeah, I think it will be great for the industry as a whole. Cheaper booths equal increased independent developers and higher quality games. After all, the games sell the games, not the chicks in the booths. All they get is attention to the booth and even then the show is mainly geared towards the media for reporting and criticism. Good call on the ESA's part.
