trouble with teamspeak

i m having trouble to get on teamspeak i join with this ip
205.177.13.42.

and then i receive this message

[20:42:33] Connecting to 205.177.13.42.
[20:42:36] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

is the teamspeak server down or is there a problem on my side.

its verry anying a couple of hours ago i was on ts and now i this.

Server must have been down for a little while. Was up last evening. Are some of you fellows using teamspeak in RTCW and if you are let me know. See some elite players using it and that is about it.
