Then he stopped to smalktalk. Classic rookie mistake. I once had the police at bay for like 40 minutes on vice city. Kept sniping the drivers out of tanks whilst ducking their fire. The police scanner eventually elevated my threat level to 'national emergency' I was happy with that

After about a day I had mine at "National Crisis".

Might actually have to to crisis as well. I had a tank for a while and that made life easier. Used to pont the gun straight back and fire for a speed boost and to blow up those fbi cars...carnage.
