Two Missing boys found
I don't know if you guyes heard about this but a week ago there was a 13 year old kid who was abducted by someone when he got off his bus. It was reported that the vehicle was a white rusted nissan truck...they had this tip, and when they had a search warrant for sombody else at the same apartment building the police noticed the vehicle and found the 13-year old in the apartment with another teenager 15 year old Shawn Hornbeck who had not been seen since october 2001. The guy who did this was the 41 year old Michael Devlin...This happened in Missouri...Its pretty amazing that they found both of these kids...Also there was internet clues that were left by Shawn Hornbeck or Devlin on December 1 2005...
I hope this guy never sees the outside world out of prison ever again...
Heres a link to the story at a news site in the St. Louis area...
Its just amazing they found them both...

Wash [as Stegosaurus]: Ahh! Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!
Wash [as Allosaurus]: Har har har! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die!

Well the older boy, Shawn Hornbeck, he was suffering from something syndrom...the one where you are so set on just surviving that you forget about trying to get away from you camptive. You also start to sympathize for the person who is holding you prisoner. Its just so messed up that this guy did this. Like I said there were clues that were issued on the internet by Shawn at his website shawnhornbeck.com ...would of been awsome if someone would have noticed it sooner...he posted at his website under the name Shawn Devlin...
What is even more unbelievable is the fact that this guy kept Shawn there for 4 years in the same apartment without anyone recognizing the kid when his picture and name was everywhere...
Its a bitter sweet feeling because your so happy they found him alive but you know he has to be mentally disturbed...
This guy has ruined this kids life(although atleast he has his whole life to look forward to with his family)...they also released that Shawn hasn't been in school obveosely while he has been imprisoned...he should be in his second year of high school now.
The people out there I swear sometimes I wonder...I mean what the hell was this guy thinking?
Well i'm sure the guyes in prison will take good care of this child abductor...

Internet clues
Did Shawn Hornbeck leave possible clues for those searching for him on a website created after he went missing in October 2002?
In the early morning of Dec. 1, 2005, a person who identified himself as Shawn Devlin of Kirkwood posted a message at http://www.shawnhornbeck.com that read "how long are you planing (sic) to look for your son?"
Later that same day, the same person posted another message, also with misspellings, that apologized for the previous post and asked if it would be OK to write a poem for the Hornbeck family and their son Shawn in his honor.
"It would be cool if I could but if you dont want me to I can understan why I guess ... ,'' the message read.
Police found Shawn on Friday in the Kirkwood apartment of Michael J. Devlin, 41.
Its hard to say if it was Devlin or Shawn Hornbeck sending these messages...But those are the clues that were posted on the STL news site...

It is very scary… if you have seen Shawn’s mother and step dad you really feel for them. Its just a great story to hear that a happy ending actually came out of his abduction 4 years ago. There’s so many things that his step father said that are really so true in our lives.
He said something about how our society has lost its sense of neigbor helping or looking out for eachother and I cannot agree enouph with all the things he said. He commented on how hope kept him alive and got him up every morning its just so inspiring what these people went through.
I mean on the conference the step father was asked how they learned of the news and where they were at.
He went on to say that his wife and him were driving somewhere and the head of police asked him to pull over somewhere safe. I cannot imagine what could of been going through his head then...(did they find his body? is he alive) and i mean to have him tell him the best possible scenerio of them finding their son alive is remarkable.
....just amazing....
