Unban me please...

Greetings my name is Kman.
I play on this server sometimes and generally use the panzer or am occasionally an Eng. I don't chat very often or say much during the games - however, frequently I will call whether the docs are going long or short as a service to my team. I do as a rule, explicitly thank Medics and Lieuts for the health and ammo I receive and always apologize if I teamkill by accident. I don't take ammo if I don't need it and will jump over ammo packs tossed carelessly in doorways do avoid taking it from the medics. I am the consumate team player playing hard right to the end, even skulling on allies, even if it makes my stats look bad. I don't team switch or attempt to join stacked teams ever, but I will switch if a team is badly undermanned in order to make the game fairer. I have never ever backraged or spawned out of the axis barracks on the lower base as the game designers never intended for this. I have no special config to improve visibility or field of view (like the supposed "leet" players), my screen looks like the single player, dark with all shadows intact. I have no hacks and don't know where to find them or even what ones exist.
I receive a lot of abuse when I play including frequent verbal abuse in global chat, occasional abusive pm's, bleeding, players switching from the other side to bleed or tk me, players with admin priviledges flipping me and forcing me to play upside down, or kicking me without cause. I dont taunt or type messages to people to provoke this, it just happens while playing.
On Monday jan 22 midnight eastern time I was playing on this server when I was verbally attacked by a player named <HSA> Slaughter. He was killed via panzer by me and launched into a gay bashing tirade and claimed I have no skill at this game just as I have no skill at my job among other things.
Another player remarked that the attack was quite vicious and didn't understand it. I don't know what my occupation has to do with playing this game or why Slaughter attacks me in this manner as it was wholely unprovoked. I receive enough abuse already and don't understand why someone who is an admin feels it necessary to do this. I always thought admins were selected because they were more mature/experienced than the average player and would be able to undertake their duties in a just and fair manner.
On Teusday jan 23 midnight eastern time I began to play on the server under the name "The Lorax" in hopes that I may receive less verbal abuse than playing under the name "Kman". Slaughter figured out that "The Lorax" = "Kman" suggesting I was lame for changing it. I only played for about 15 minutes before the following series of events (abbreviated) occurred:
(1 ) Slaughter (axis) : killed and gibbed by The Lorax's panzer (1)
(2 ) Slaughter : "Man Kman can u maybe fire something else for maybe 2 min"
(3 ) Lorax (ally) : "U are undoubtably the classiest admin ever"
(4 ) Slaughter : "and u might be the worst player ever
(5 ) Lorax : "topping even Keekanoo
...time passes
(6 ) Slaughter : killed and gibbed by The Lorax's panzer (2)
(7 ) Slaughter : killed and gibbed by The Lorax's panzer (3)
(8 ) Slaughter : "Yawn"
...time passes
(9 ) Slaughter : killed and gibbed by The Lorax's panzer (4) (upper base from ladder)
(10) Slaughter : "DO NOT FIRE FROM OR BLOCK ANY DOORWAYS OR LADDERS"

(12) Slaughter : "Kman Stop Firing from Ladder U Tard You are blocking mates"

Some comments about various points in the above exchange, I will go by number:
(3) When I make this comment it is really in reference to Slaughter's unprovoked verbal attack from the night before
(9) I just killed and gibbed Slaughter (and another axis) for the 4th time in the game. He and the other player are camping at the foot of the ladder on the upper base. As I come up to the top of the ladder I fire a panzer shot BEHIND them close enough to gib them but far enough away so I can survive. I am thrown from the ladder by recoil.
(10) Slaughter quickly presses a bound key putting up "DO NOT FIRE OR BLOCK LADDER" message. I am not really blocking as usually I am thrown off the ladder. The panzer is an instantaneous one shot weapon. It doesn't require 5 seconds sitting on the ladder to empty a clip. My team expects me to clear off the upper base with the panzer when there are 6-7 axis are camping and occupying it.
What Slaughter is doing here is creating a false premise that I am doing something wrong. This is to justify when he kicks me off the server later, as he wants the server logs to show that he was "warning me" (note he has kicked me a few times previously with no real justification).
I am not some noob who sits on the ladder using it as cover, clinging to it, poking my head up occasionally to take a shot. I go up the ladder, start to fire before reaching the top, get to the top, acquire target(s) , quickly realign aim, shoot to kill/clear as many axis as possible and drop instantly off the ladder, giving my teammates who follow the best possible chance to overpower the axis and take the upper base. I don't stop or pause in any way which blocks or impedes my team.
(12) I kill and gib Slaughter for the 5th time in under 10 minutes at that rate he may skull out towards the end the game. I am the only player to leave the forward bunker at spawn and am the only player at the ladder area when I go up it. There are no teammates within ***100 feet of me***. I take two steps in from the ladder on the upper base when I kill Slaughter. Slaughter then has the audacity to claim I am blocking my team (100% false, none even remotely close to me), he also claims I am on the ladder (100% false). I am on high alert because he is trying to lay the groundwork to kick me based on false premises.
(14)(15) At this time, I point out what he is doing and refer to him as a "bad admin" because what he is trying to do is unfair and unjustified. I feel that statement is fair commentary based on his actions this night and the previous one.
This is my first post here. I am not some whining complainer who posts frequently about hackers or admins or server settings, just to be a troublemaker. I accept the heaps of abuse I get while playing with little complaint. Its just that banning me when its unjustified stops me from playing...
I am banned for a week and wish it to be lifed....

lol kman u ass you were unbanned yesterday by yours truly....u sat 2 days instead of a week
Blocking ladder will not be tolerated, u do it non stop every game and every round, take a look behind u there is 3-5 mates waiting to move up, every single time u fire from the ladder, I spec'd you numerous times, remember I barely ever play axis, I see it non stop for u, u sat a week last time u did it, this time I gave you a break, consider it to be your last, your copy and paste of game chat was a tad bit edited, might just wanna pm me in forums and problem would have been solved quicker, I did think a week was a little excessive, so when I saw you try to sign in last night i lifted the ban
