Wassup with Those Horizontal Medics

Have you ever been Wolfin and seen a medic almost "swim" by? I swear, they are nearly horizontal and hard as hell to hit with an mg. I have seen this strange sight on many servers, but never figured out why? Any answers from out in Cyber Land?

its a bug in the shrub mod but dont bother any-one i know. Its just funny really.

Yes, it's like something off the matrix film, LOL. I hate it when it is a doc carrier that is "swimming" as they are as hard as hell to hit.
People often tell me when I am swimming, but I do not notice anything different myself when I am playing.

It happens when you keep getting revived. I think its like after 5-6 times getting revived then it starts happening.

I don't know if it the same thing I saw, but severral times, players where "crawling" ans still moving at normal speed. I do not see it like player where swimming, so don't know if it the same probleme.
I thought it was a "setting adjustement, since there seems tobe a lot of those tweaks on RTCW.
I also wonder how are you supose to aim at thoses players. After a few personal encoter with a "crawling" ennemy, Im having the impression you need to aim at them like you would do normaly.(I have spend a full clip of ammo on the head of some allied player who had his head, torso, arms... at the height of his knees
)
So is this a glich of the game or a tweak that just a few players know of?
