Not too bad....worse vid i ever saw was first a guy sticking a cat in bird cage and putting lighter fluid in and lighting it, and second the first IRAQ beheading of an american, this vid was a 2 on a scale of 1-10, cat vid a solid 9, and the beheading vid, a huge 11, still have nightmares from it

I defy anyone to watch that and not cringe.

Ugh, gross!
I agree with Slaughter. The beheading of the American was the worst video I have ever seen. I wish I would have never watched it because I will never forget it now.

Done.
Ok...ok...I agree. A little bit grotesque. But - you'd be amazed what comes into an urban emergency department on a daily basis!

It's just the way it wiggles. You can practically feel the bones grinding against each other...

That's called crepitus
Many, many years ago. I was working the ambulance and we were called to a woman that was "working" the local rest area and was "picked up" by a car at about 65 MPH. It literally knocked her out of her shoes and what little bit of clothes she was wearing. When we went to pick her up with a scoop stretcher, just what it sounds like. You open it, it separates in the middle, you put it on the outside of the patient slide it back together and it "scoops" them up. Well there is nothing in the area of the head, it's just open. Anyway to my point, when we went to pick up the stretcher, I grabbed her head, basically because I thought it might fall off, and most if not all the bones in her skull were broken and I felt as well as heard the crepitus...still gives me chills to think about it. Any time someone mentions crepitus it makes me think about that call. I can still see her, as if she was laying on the ground in front of me. One of a few calls that I could never forget.

For those who have never heard OR FELT crepitus, it's subcutaneous air. Air just under the skin. It sounds like rice crispies when you poor milk on them and it feels like the bubble wrap used my UPS only intensified X 10.
It's totally wicked!
