WTF... the trail blazers got the first pick? Great another fawking decade of the 'announcers/experts' saying how the east is weak and the west dominates. The west would of never been so good if they hadn't sucked and got alot of high draft picks. I guess it behooves you to take a scheduled dump like the San Antonio spurs to steal the #1 center.

yea don't know why I'm bitching, the Bucks suck and don't see them turning around their game like the Brewers. I guess there is always 2 years from now.

How would you work out the worst team? Net value or league position last time round? If you go for league position then what's to stop a kind of competive collapse towards the end of the season for those teams in postions 5-9 to try and get better picks.

League position the year before should decide the draft order. The teams in the last few places wouldn't give up at the end of the year...

Don't you have divisions? The bottom 3 teams in any league over here get demoted to the next division down, leaving the best in the league below to take their place...

yeah that is a cool thing with soccer overseas, the way those teams get demoted. That would be awesome if they did that here.

but teams all have players with guaranteed contracts and mega powerful players unions so that would NEVER happen.
