How is it that a 35lb 3 year old (4 next month) can lay a log the same size as a 34 year old 167 lb adult?? How is that possible??

Sorry I may play medic in BF2 but I am not a doctor. You ask if it is possible, well you seem to have the proof of that.

Is it healthy. *shrugs*

Kids should come with a user manual. Look in the FAQ, or maybe in the "Troubleshooting" section.
Oh and since you're posting here, I guess you need accessories as well. Look in the plumbing department. A 100' fisher is a must.

Anythings possible when it comes to shit, when we came home from holiday in Fuerteventura last year, my friend shat out the equivilant weight of half a baby, (about 3.5lbs) in 1 go. He weighed himself before and after and he saw he lost that much weight, he didnt weight the shit. (i hope)

The rectum has the ability to stretch to an incredible size, allowing for the storage of a large amount of fecal matter. Yes, even 3 year old rectums. Undoubtedly, his fecal matter built up over time to result in such a large amount.
Certainly after sufficient pressure on the anus the urge to defecate would become too great and the rectum will empty, thus avoiding an over-stretching which could result in a perforation. You do not want this.
C'mon, this is too easy. Got anything challenging?

I wonder if he had traveler's diarrhea or perhaps cholera, resulting in copius amount of diarrhea. Diarrhea, of course, is very watery and water weighs more than what most people think. For example, 3.5 lbs of water would be 0.42 gallons. It is not unreasonable to believe that one who is suffering from a gastrointestinal infection could potentially defecate perhaps 0.3 gallons of water (2.5 pounds) and 1 pound of fecal matter, resulting in a 3.5 pound weight loss.
Of course, we have to assume that the scale was both accurate as well as precise (there is a difference).

I see, it sure can stretch thats for sure. Nothing like seeing a kid who is only 40 inches tall poo 1/4 of his height.
That would be like me dropping a 17 incher....

dang that would hurt.
