No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

What?

What you do is take the weight, divide it but the cicumference of an average blueberry pie and multiply that number but the amount of midgets you can fit in a ford fiesta and that should give you the correct weight...

It's the weight plus the bar's weight. So if you have a ten pound bar and twenty pounds then you have a thirty pound weight.
If you have dumbbells then it is the printed weight.
If you have a machine it's the equivalent resistance to a weight but the weight is not the same as a free weight.
Of course you could just do the other one since it isn't as much stress on your joints; try swapping the plates to see if the resistance changes.

LoL which would be a persuasive argument if you hadn't mispelled "very"
Typo's happen. Deliberately dropping a 'U' becasue you can't be bothered with it is just plain lazy

Spelling is forgivable as you can still discern the message they are trying to convey; in the UK they lack coherency. I've been to England and there were many times where I've heard conversations that made absolutely no sense. Have fun with your superfluous letters and incoherent vernacular.

Ha ha of course that applies to almost everywhere, I guarantee they weren't speaking the queens English if you couldn't understand though, colloquialisms are rife and wildly different from one county to another.

As for superflous letters a good 50 percent of the letters in either our spelling or yours are defunct. It'll be a cold hard day in hell before I start writing in retarded teenage text message format though...
