Going gold is when they start to stamp the CD's. It means that that they have "finished" the coding for the game. If this thing goes gold in the next week, they are screwed IMO.

I heartily agree the games sucks more ass than a liposuction machine. The reason why it's going to suck right off the bat though is that it's eally not ready to be released.

I mean, did they even clear up the problem where several thousand testers couldn't even stay connected for more than 5 minutes?!?

That's what I mean Ruci. The game is most definitely NOT ready for prime time yet. Hell look at the size of the patch they put out a couple of days ago... If I buy a game and I have to spend HOURS D/L patches I am going to be one very pissed off consumer. They still have game balancing issues, they still have actual game play issues, and we don't even need to go into the client crashes that are still a problem. It is possible that they will have most of that crap worked out in the next week (maybe), when I think they will be going gold, but I doubt it. I think they are at least two weeks away from a solid product.

if they get the stability issues fixed, i will buy the game.

Beta for me works almost fine, the only problem is lag and thats because of their servers. This is the best game i have ever played my whole life... im sure as hell going to buy this game. shit ill wait in front of the store for them to open
