All I can say is wow, and I don't know if that is in a good way or bad.
On the measuring cups question, the ones that I use for liquids have several measurements on them oz, ml, L, and cups. For the dry measuring cups usually they are in cups with ml in small letters.

Amazing how, as the author noted, you can get 206 g of carbs into a 100 g package. And 1,200 calories in a little teeny box...wow.
