In Quebec City there are two dailies who've been competing since before anyone can remember. Today, both front pages titled, in huge red letters, exactly the same headline: "The world is holding its breath". Awkward.
On the other hand, seeing how I titled my own thread, I guess this was the obvious headline they couldn't pass on.

The last time I stayed up to see election results was when JFK won (1962).
I was 10 years old.
My wife and me both voted for Obama, change is good.

Hey Blade
I've never done anything beyond voting in the past. This year it was very different. I voted for Obama as well. Hopefully some intelligence and common sense back in the white house will do us all some good.

One reason I voted for Obama was because he would instantly change how the world viewed us.

This is the first US President I voted for that won. I am very excited to have a young energetic thinking individual as our President.
