The Dopefish rail in mp_rocket is not in an accessible area of the map...That's why you can't find it. There is a duplicate 2nd rocket area behind the wall of the 'normal' rocket area that you can get to.

...Much like the 2nd submarine area in mp_sub...which most people also don't know about...

To get to the areas...Start up your game...bring down console and type:
/devmap mp_rocket or /devmap mp_sub

The map will load up...then bring down console again and type:
/noclip

This will allow you to fly around the map and through walls..This will allow you to get to the inaccessible areas.

Find it going left route to docs as axis, or right route from allies spawn. It's under water.
