New server?

Is there any way you guys can open up a server that plays all of the competition maps in OSP? We need a place to play a solid game of comp RTCW. Default comp settings would apply, and there would be a few spec slots for people to wait in line. What you guys think?

As much as I love Beach, it is REALLY starting to get boring and there are no other options for quality servers. I refuse to play with 150+ ping on and Omni-bot server.

those servers already exist but the osp player population isn't big enough so they're always empty
you are also asking the wrong people. shrub players hate osp, i don't know why probably because they have bad memories from getting owned

my 2 cents: keep ecgn how it is but add a rotation with all stock maps + goty maps. of course this won't happen either, kids love their beach so in that case get more admins who are actually on the server a lot

Orange Smoothie Productions was modeled off of Shrub mod so try again. Also I don't recall liquid really owning anyone but then again I saw some of the best players ever play both Locked box and Smokeherb so I guess his views do not apply to all.

All the talk of owning is stupid anyway as it is a team based game not an individual game. But I guess that is why people started making stats pages , so that people with big egos and low self esteem could feel good about themselves

You are correct! OSP is a lot older than Shrub. Shrub came out after OSP and was meant for modded servers.

i wasn't referring to me owning people personally but we can take it there if you want. what do stats have to do with anything, i hate stats. take them out of shrub for all i care.

it'll never happen ridley. you got jabronies on here like this warpig character who runs around clueless as soon as the map goes off beach. an inevidable /disconnect follows instead of taking an hour to learn a map. sad, 10 years of playing and 50% of these jabronies get lost as soon as the map changes

when i started out i used to just spectate players i thought were good and learned the maps that way, but dudes don't wanna do that nowadays.

Holy crap! There's 8 days in the week? Where has it been hiding, and why hasn't it been named!? I dub it Flessday right between Saturday and Sunday!

And you really are wayyy off aside from having 8 days in the week. Most nights there are map rotations, just not so much during the day time.
