kman, for as much shit as you take for being a panz-only-player I find it curious that you would critique others for playing the game the way they want to play. Do you really think everyone should always cares about winning one of the 100 beach rounds per day? winning is just a stat too.

Yeah you are right, it is totally suspicious that they should seek to point out the logical fallacies in the arguments being made against them. We should definitely ban them now.

Parrot you have zero credibility as you believe after 1 year a previously caught cheater should be allowed back. And just because someone does not articulate as well as others or use the correct terminology does not diminish what they are saying or intending to say.

So just keep pretending to be an admin parrot

The whole reason that config tweaks were allowed in RTCW when it first came out was so someone with an old shitty computer could compete with someone that had a new computer. You didnt have to play with full graphic settings if it was too much for your old piece of shit pc to handle. My config right now is tweaked but most of the tweaks can be changed in the graphic setting in options. Now their are other tweaks like cg_fov 105 where default is 90 that are not available in options menu. If you have something against players that use these tweaks then stop bitching about it and join them. I got my config from someone else and adjusted it to suit my needs and make it my own. If you dont know how to adjust your config then here is my config.
http://www.yourfilehost.com/media.php?cat=other&file=wolfconfig_mp.cfg
copy your old config somewhere and then replace your config with this one. After that take my config and change the player name and the control buttons your used to. Also adjust the aimer type and etc. that your used to and prefer.
There that should get rid of any of the bitching about config tweaks and put all on the same advantage level but it wont make a decent player into a highly skilled one I promise. If you still get owned and you want to accuse some players of hacks then you better have something to back that up its not hard to record a demo of someone and if they're hacking its obvious. If you cant back it up you just make yourself look like a fool.
THE END

That website has some pretty awful cfgs, especially the server.cfg. sv_fps 23 is probably the funniest value I have seen for that cvar (it is also horrible for the engine).

Yep, I also don't believe in sending drug addicts to prison. It's true, I am disgustingly liberal.

It's just a game. As long as they aren't hacking now... Why give a fuck?

Being against the drug war doesn't make you liberal. That analogy also doesn't match well with the point you're trying to make below.

Would you let a child rapist babysit your kid as long as they "aren't raping now"? No? Why not? Because you made a value judgment on that person based on their past behavior.

Since we're analyzing analogys here, in your mind baby raping is about the same as hacking?

The state of things on the server is harsher than I thought.

I predicted a response like this. The thought process is the same. Would you like a more tame example? Ok, a thief being welcomed back into your house because they're not currently stealing. Happy?

Some people probably wouldn't have a problem with it.

More sane people would have a problem, and they would also question the first person's judgment in letting them run freely about the house with a history of stealing. Pretty soon, only the thief is visiting and no one else.

Really though it's more like: Somebody gets caught hacking and then is allowed back on the server.

Who even needs this simple concept put into an analogy?
