The GUID is NOT on the jewel case..that's your cdkey. Don't post that here.

To find the GUID, open console in game and type:

/pb_myguid

It will tell you what your GUID is.

I found your guid.

Looks like you either don't have Punkbuster installed/not up to date/ or you're not running the game as Administrator.

Follow the instructions I linked you to in previous post...you can probably start at step 5.

There is no ban in place for your guid.
