Tour of Duty was ok.
Besides the typical response(Simpsons, Seinfeld, etc), I will throw out the less popular shows, the littel heard or watched ones.
Newsradio. Possibly the best ensemble sitcom of the 90's. Great cast that did something amazing: they worked great together right from teh begining. Shame Hartman was murdered by his wife, while the show was still good without him, it lost what little viewers it had.
Sadly, Newradio was never given a permament time and day. It was always moved to a different day and time week after week. Because of this, it never gained the viewers it deserved. Had NBC placed it on Thurseday and left it there for half a season(like how they launched Friends and Frasier), it would have been a top 5 show for sure. It still had 5 to 7 years on the air. You used to be able to watch the reruns on A&E, but they cut it out of it's programing.
The goodbye to Hartman episode was one of the best ways a show has delt with the death of one of it's stars. Very tasteful, with the correct amount of humor. You can tell that the cast was actually crying, it was not acting.

It was a good idea(Tour of Duty), but it still had that low budget, so so actors, feel to it. It came out int he hey day of Veitnam movies, and tried to capitalize on it.
China Beach was a much better Vietnam show.
