It's a Q4 2K3 release, also!

These next gen titles are just looking amazing. Never have I seen so many promising and 'next gen' games coming out within 6 monthes of each other.

HL3 is already planned. HL was planned as a Trilogy from what Valve has commented on.

stalker doesnt look too good in my opinion... the story is revolved around a nuclear reactor, wow, barely any fighting, and all the guns are made up. From watching the video its obvious their dead body physics are... well their not seizureless yet.

uhm... some shots reminds me its first release "codename Outbreak" I loved that game, Lighting and texturing work looks great...
