I would love to use this as my avatar but I can't figure out how to shrink it to proper size 135x135. Does anyone know how to do it or can it not be done with this gif?

Jag if you have photoshop, it should have come with imageready... open that up and with that you can resize animated .gifs... probably also the animation part of Paint Shop Pro too...
