I can't speak for Buli, but I'm now running the plain-jane ATI drivers. At first, both 1942 and SW were crashing to desktop immediately. After a couple of reboots it seemed to clear up. Working well now.

I tried those leaked Dell editions and they worked well in all but one game. I'm finally getting around to playing Baldur's Gate 2, and the dell version didn't play well with it. BF was fine, but I switched back to Omega's version of the official 3.8's.
Also if you hjaving any issues, ATI nows includes and uninstall utility with their drivers. Run it to clean out all the ATI grabage and then reinstall. That'll usually clear up any issues witj seemingly fine drivers.
