I am not defending Jacko.......but the first time he was accused of this, the family settle for millions ......... sorry but if that was my child and he molested my son/daughter, no money in the world would make it go away or make it any easier.....I would have gone all the way to trial, fuck the money, my kid is more important then the millions he has to offer.........I would expose that sicko and bring him to justice, instead of taking money :mad:

But then again me as a parent if anyone touched my children in a sexual manner....... That sicking bastard would not see his day in court........but I guarantee I would see my day in court for 1st degree murder of the sick fuck!!!!

Maybe I'm just fucked up in the head, but I'd take the money. If my kid was abused, there is nothing that will make him feel better by the sicko getting in trouble. But I'd think that if we settled for millions the kid would feel much better knowing he was set for life money wise.

By prosecuting he should be able to get both. If for no other reason, they should prosecute so we can get the sick, fuck off the streets and children out of his hands/bed. Even if not one dollar exchanges hands, we need to stop this before another child gets hurt.

Of course they would get some kind of money by sewing him for mental anguish and some other things, but they need to put the sick bastard away first .......

I agree 100% with Hightimber even if no money is exchanged at least the sicko will be put away where he can't harm another child, so I think that would bring some relief to the child who has been corupt and scared for life .....knowing that this bastard can't do it again

Don't you think by putting this sick bastard away it would bring relief to this child that he can not do it again?

Yea money is always nice to have, and no nothing will ever make what happen go away or make it easier....... but you can honestly say you would take a plea of money and let this child molester back out and let it happen to another child....other then putting this bastard away:confused:

Its really hard being spilt between millions upon millions of dollars and someone who just raped your kid.

On one hand you take the money, the sicko is free and is still out there able to rape more.

The other side is you bring him to jail, he gets a long sentence.

Anyone can accuse someone of rape, the parents might have done this or might not have for money. It will come down to the trial and if they have evidence to prove he did it.
