Save ESPN

F*ck ESPN. They can't be bothered to play or cover any hockey games at all, not even the giant outdoor game between the old time Oilers/Canadiens but they can play Scrabble and World Poker Championships?

Good riddance.

Thu Nov 20, 2003 3:00 pm

Well I like them for college football. But yeah, they don't play enough hockey. So I guess either way I wouldn't be too concerned.

Thu Nov 20, 2003 3:00 pm

There is never anything I watch on ESPN... But there is plenty on ESPN2.

This is all just a ploy by DirecTV and the DISHNetwork anyway. They are sponsors of ESPN and their service is starting to lose money because of all the Cable offerings. It happened a few years ago with MTV also.

But f*ck ESPN anyway

if you have comcast..would that affect you? And you can never play to much hockey on ESPN

I'm a die-hard Rangers fan myself and I agree, ESPN shows Bowling and World's Strongest Man, but can't broadcast Hockey history this Saturday.
