click on new reply in the left corner of your screen.
then you get a little page where you can write your message and on the bottom you see attach file. press on it and you will be able to sellect the file from your computer. the file must be a gif, jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg con zxml.
and can't be bigger then one mb. i think that's it . not sure about the file size could be less to.

that's really strange perhaps reinstalling the game could work but perhaps someone knows some easy way to fix this
