I'm undecided, for one reason. There are too many religions in the world that believe in different things. There are BILLIONS of people out there, who believe in 'a' God, but not the same God MY religion does. So, who is right? Who goes to hell, and who doesn't for believing in a different God, since no other Gods can come first? (part of the 10 commandements)
I dunno

I don't think human beings are capable of understanding and/or coprehending where we came from, where we are, and where we're headed, whether there is a God or not. So, I'm undecided. It's easy being an Agnostic.

I am afraid of this thread / topic. Keep the discussion civilized, as the thread will be closed if out of hand.

Probley not a good thread to start. This is way worst than a political thread.

I am kinda with shockwave on this one...
Undecided...
I don't know what to think anymore, with all the rumors and hoopla out there on the internet, street, and so on.
If you believe in god, i respect that...
If you don't, I respect that...
I mean, your opinion is your opinion! (Had to throw in a bush-ism at least once in my rant! )

Religion and/or a belief in some sort of afterlife has been around for many thousands of years. It has arisen in every culture known past and present. I think it is part of being human; the need to try to explain where we came from and what happens after we die. Those religions that think they know the "truth" and others are wrong are highly arrogant.
The need for answers seems to be a fundamental part of being human. Frankly I am intrigued by the variety of explanations and believe that we will never know for sure until we are dead.

P.S. Agnostic - "without knowledge"
P.P.S. Faith - "unquestioning belief that does not require proof or evidence"

I agree %100 that its part part of human nature to explain where we came and where were going. I don't believe in any religions at all, and take more of a scientific approach to it all. I do certainly like to here about what other religions believe and do. Religion has sparked many great things, such as the Pyramids and mummies in egypt, and the 1,000 man clay army in China. Or about Greek gods and how the gods affected everything the greeks do. Its quite intresting to learn about them and they affect everyone everyday life whether it be movies made from religous feats like The Mummy, or reading books like the Illiad.

Yeah this has been done before.
It's basically useless debating this topic online as the past topic proved. It just seems to get people all worked up and angry.
Should have changed it to something concerning the true meaning of Christmas as opposed to the monster it is today due to Commercialism (err is that right word just woke up)
