I wouldn't be suprised if it is up, but is being slammed. i have read and heard on the newradio here at work that the site has been slammed since the announcement of it.

For those who don't know, Fark.com is a news site.. its essentially real news, and the lighter side of the news all rolled into one big site. Fark is HUGE. Almost every link posted is clicked 20-50 thousand times by site viewers. A lot of times, the website cannot handle the load, and crashes. When this happens, its called a 'Fark.' Hence, the word 'Farked,' as the site was down due to increased traffic.
