I know what a speculum is, but I guess I've never seen one. Which way is the one in the sig facing?

It's facing down and to the left. The tip that goes "inside" is almost touching the handcuffs, and the handle is next to the welding torch.

Heh - not really. I just watch whatever's on the front page. Besides, my wife is in medicine and uses these all the time. I know way more about women's health than I'd ever want to know.
