It's facing down and to the left. The tip that goes "inside" is almost touching the handcuffs, and the handle is next to the welding torch.

Heh - not really. I just watch whatever's on the front page. Besides, my wife is in medicine and uses these all the time. I know way more about women's health than I'd ever want to know. :)
