im all for swithcing it to Chateau instead of Tram, although when theres 35+ people on Tram im unstoppable. Not to brag but im much better at Tram then Beach.

um yea i play at konjin and yea a map rotation is a good idea thats funny..? lol glad i can make keek laugh i play alot of servers i get so tired of no ff and no airstrikes. just bringing up konjin here cause i see half that server fill with ecgn players when tram loads so u know where to find me =p

For those of you getting kicked for pb init failure, try cvar pb_security 0.
As for maps, Ice would be an ideal alternative to tram. It's the standard map closest to duplicating playability of the beach. Can you use the sniper class effectively on Chateau? Not really, most the battle will be indoors after the first 30 seconds and when outdoors, it will be short range. Why decrease play options? Chateau is a cool map, it is just not straight forward and open to different styles of play as ice.
The only problem with ice is that if you dont have an allied camper in the radio tower or past the axis spawn flag, it is very difficult to recover the docs if the carrier breeches the north/south halls. Of course, Artemis Ice never really had a problem staying full and it was a 24/7 ice server

I think that if people demand a rotation, this is the map to go to. Otherwise, just leave the damn rotation alone. Cuz you can't please everyone and at least this way, the server will be filled with white names for people to noob bash or K/R whore, whatever your pleasure.
(btw, all those doors you have to open in chateau can really mess with your groove)

I was remarking about people that hardly ever play at the beach anymore still wanting to affect changes on it.

What I don't want to see is people leaving this server.
I am starting to see more and more good players leave and not come back. They loved playing the beach, that is what this server has been about for a long time now. With the introduction of this Tram map, many people have gone on in search of other servers.

I agree with Seether. You can play all the other maps on various other servers anytime. It's been 24/7 Beach for a along time and ppl play there know that's what it is. That's why they play there. It's not styled after ALL the servers out there. It's unique.
Let's call an end to the "Tram Test" and go back to the map this server has got it's name after..... 24/7 Beach!!!!
