{USFE} Opening!

Greetings! I'm General Gkar, Founder of the United States Federal Enforcers. USFE will be a clan for Return To Castle Wolfenstein (RTCW)I'm starting USFE because I want to have a clan where every member has the opportunity to participate in leading the clan, and where everybody is equal. USFE will become a fun gaming community, while presenting its members with a challenge: to be all they can be!

Here's the concept: USFE will operate under a constitution, which will outline the powers and responsiblities of members and leaders. There will be a detailed code of conduct, and guidelines for election procedures. Elections will be conducted every three months to determine positions such as Commanding General, Lieutenant General, and Squad Leaders. The great thing is, anybody can be elected to those positions! That means that anybody can actively participate in the leadership of the clan, and those members who aren't elected to a post can still participate by voting, and coming to clan meetings.

I have my own clan (and we are a HUGE FORCE.....LOL!!! not) but I look forward to seeing you on the beach, perhaps your balloon knot will meet the ends of one of my needles.

Yeah a friend of mine hosts it and his account was temporarily down. It's back up now... Not much to see yet though, sorry. And about the needles- I think it will be the other way around
