This angers me very much!

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

It's not the churches that go around saying smoking is bad, it's the cancer societies and groups that are against that. Honestly, when was the last time you knew or saw christians make a protest against something like this? Certainly not my church, certainly not me. You don't change people by force, whether physically or verbally.... that's our belief. We encourage but not stand directly in the way.

:(

I apologize for that comment...it was totally uncalled for :(

I was on an anger rant and on a role of "name" calling as you will...

I realize that religion is important to some people, and i respect that, so i am sorry :)

To the topic at hand...

Stopping smoking parts in movies isn't going to stop teens from pickin up a cigarette and trying it if they really want to!

Also, smoking in movies can give the scene or situation a more unrefined, grungy feel, which I like personally...it gives effect!

People who smoke should not sue the TOBACCO companies because YOU choose to smoke, not the tobacco companies, they are just a business!

Religion is better than smoking? Now there's an argument waiting to happen...

Anyone?

Anyone?

Ah fuck it I can't be bothered.

(See the passion of Christ thread for my views on religion, if you are bored enought)
