What do you want in an admin?

I want an admin that gives players warnings if they are doing something they shouldn't, before taking action.

I want an admin to slap or fling players that are doorblocking, instead of kicking them. If they continue to do it, after several warnings, then they should be kicked.

Many times admins warn players through a PM. Just because you don't see an admin warning someone doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.
