For the evil genius on a budget

Your dreams have come true! Now you have have your very own secret lair.

Or, perhaps we can pony up some $$$ so ECGN can move there. That'd definitely make a nice second ECGN meet-up location... :D

Wow, I was wondering where I was going to put my winery... who knew, a former nuclear weapon launch facility!!! Maybe any residual radiation would help flavor the wine!

I am especially interested in Joint Venturing for developing:

Bed and Breakfast/Resort

Spend a warm and cozy vacation in an underground concrete bed & breakfast!

New name: "Ye Olde Missile Silo"

You'll face will shine after our nice radioactive showers!

I've seen this before, so I think they are having a little trouble selling it. Wonder why? :P

Anyway, ECGN should move there and house all their servers there. Then, we can all move there and have giant LAN parties all day in the missile silos.

You wouldn't have to worry about powering the place up...residual rads provide all the heat and electricity you need

Yeah but does in come with leather chairs a mini train and a private army or do you have to buy those separately?

Would the silo be suitable for sharks or is it too narrow?

Is it built on an Indian burial ground?

They need to put these things in the ad.
