And you're a prick, for changing the story. +salute was off, but then you pushed me back from getting to the war room, and kept doing it, so then i finally had to tk rev u to get by. Don't change the story.

If you have /+salute on, your a noob plain and simple. There is no reason to have this on. Keek and Savant were handling fine when i used to play everyday. Warn a few times and then they stop doing it. As for trick jumping yes its lame, the only reason you should use it is to hop a wall when getting boosted by someone, but using it to make quicker doc runs is just plain lame.

I never use it as a axis, it´s useless IMO, and more if they r so much campers in WR (but as I´m not never in wr...and in upper base I´m alone, if I have autopush on, nobody knows it) . When I´m allie, I turn it off about 10 or 15 times, depending of the sittuation. I try to dont fuck my teammates, and normally only push accidentally 2 or 3 times in a round.

GFU was infront of me in ducts, heading to war room exit, pushing as usual. So did it to him to see how he liked it. He turned around and pushed me back, couldn't take it and tk me BUT DID NOT revive me. Then I typed "How do you like being pushed?" when I respawned in forward bunker.

I really don't feel most of the people who posted here grasp what is even being talked about.

Ticks, in my opinion, is a purest. He is the type that goes into a fight and doesn't want any dirty play. He wants a clean fight where it's your aim versus his. I, on the otherhand, am someone who will play dirty to win. Throw a little dirt in your face and kick you in the groin (sometimes I am like that. Not all the time.). There is nothing wrong with playing either way. To threaten to kick and try to dictate to players that they must play your way is, hmmm, moronic? The only time when /+salute should be kickable is when you are pushing your teammtes on purpose into enemy fire or out of the ducts on allies. That is the way it has always been.

Every now and then I can't make a revive and I assume that it is because /+salute is on is this actually the case or am I imagining it? While I can't say that I approve of +salute it is occasionally a useful tool for clearing the bunker door, and doesn't seem like really major offence. I'd still like to see it gone though cos I have too many memories of being pushed out of the ducts into a hail of venom shot. Also on one occasion I was duct trolling and a 'generous' med offered to go behind and revive me/supply health. only to turn salute on and continually push me out in the open to get slaughtered. He was surprised when I turned mine on in return and dropped his ass in the war room he even tried to get me kicked for pushing him out of the ducts. What a guy, what a twat!

I guess it depends how you use it.

Those that dictate policy on bch are MMmmgood, till he deems otherwise this rule will be enforced.

Or should we just cave in to the pressure of the 5-6 smackers who need auto-push and the inevitable reprisal tk's that will result, so we can all read the piss ant posts how admins do nothing.

I may not play much wolf lately but I sure know one thing when I did Savant was top on my list followed by Keek for admins. Just keep up the good work and make the people follow the rules that are given to you.

I think having +salute on auto is weak, so I have it binded. However, it is part of the game, and admins are the refs, so any extra advantage of its use by me seems OK. If you get caught with it, get banned. Kind of like cvars. Some people have 'em tweaked (within PB limits) while others don't.

I also agree with what Keek said above.

might be the wrong thread, but i've seen a pattern for years.
I have rented servers from ecgn for AsB.I see goat for et still has one,I see konijn still has one for {TBAR}.I was level 2 admin on server once,But gave it up because of the shit,come to play to have fun but i guess i don't fit in the cyber crowd,All i can say is ecgn and the support rocks the game is old if you want to be admin get your own fucking server and stfu

Woohoo. Figo and I are "smackers". Sounds tasty!

Players have been using /+salute ever since it was put on the server. Friendly fire has been on for quite awhile now. Interesting how it is all one big problem now. What we have here is a case of same old same old. People like to make mountains out of mole hills. Certain admins like to flex their powers and show how big they are. It all combines into one sad combination.

the easiest way to revive someone that has auto push on , is to stab em in the nards with the needle. directly in the nards and make sure u are lookin straight at the nards when poking.......

oh and another thing, having +salute on is no more of a exploit than changing ur cvars in one's config. i mean cmon, u guys are complaining about pushing on a server that only has people, that can play one map. it seems to me that some exploits will have to be used to make the damn thing interesting.

oh and as for noobs only using +salute , i seems to remember Edogg and Elite Guard using this all the time... are these 2 noobs?

well i don't play here much anymore because i find it monotonous! it is in my opinion the best beach server out there but there is more to life than beach! my opinion on +salute is this!

it is ok! it is needed for clearing noobs from the bunker door/ any door! but i see no real reason to have it on 100% of the time! it is part of the game like \kill \attack etc! but you wouldn't use them all the time continuously! shame it doesn't run out like sprint!:D it should not be taken out but admins should be on the lookout for abusers of this game function!
