Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

Had a couple of Punch and Playboy cigars over the weekend. Both very excellent indeed.

Shameless bump for people who may be interested in cigars.

Just got some Maria Mancini---Magic Mountains---Sitting today. Let em ripen for a few weeks. Many forums have these being great "cheap" smokes.

If you want some really good "cheap" smokes, try the JR alternatives. They make 'copies' of alot of the most desirable cigars out there, and they are actually quite tasty (not quite as tasty as the originals, and you get an occasional bad drawer, but still pretty good)l. A great 'everyday' smoke, and all under $1 a cigar for the most part.

Also bought some climmax beads. Just add distilled water and it will hold RH at 70% +/- 2%

Collection has gotten large so I have to move to a cooler to hold my boxes. Also, pallette is changing that unless the cigars are aged a little at the manufacturer I need to do it myself. Hence the larger cooler to hold the cigar boxes.

My two tabletop humi's will remain full of Onyx for my everyday smokes.

I know of climaxx beads, but I'm still in dissaray as to why they would use that name, knowing there are climax beads out there (anal beads).

They really should have used a different name :D

Just pulled out a batch of aged Montectrisco # 30's.

One of the regulars in my humidor. VERY nice mild-medium body smoke if you haven't tried them.

Glad to hear it Tommy. Going to make a cooledor this weekend. Well actually the start of next weekend. My desktops are filled.

Actually have a little to much RH going on right now. I had to remove my sponges. Enjoying a Onyx Reserve Churchill right now.

Philadelphia Get Together

Postby Irish » Wed Jun 02, 2004 6:47 pm

Well how about 6/26/04 at
Fox and Hound Pub & Grille - King of Prussia
160 N. Gulph Rd., Suite 211
King of Prussia, PA 19406
Phone: (610) 962-0922
Its on the Mall property.
During the hours of 12-6 we'll have an area get together. This is better than in Philly because 202 and 422 and the turnpike all empty out in King of Prussia. And the city can be a bear on a Saturday. They also sell stogies and have food and MANY TV's. The lineup that afternoon is
Golf
The Booz Allen Classic
Baseball
Phillies/Boston
Mets/Yankees
thats a Baseball lineup!!!
and the little known wimbledon also.
So I look forward to meeting a few of you for some smokes and conversation.

NHL draft is also that day.
