Funny. When you reinstalled did you delete all the folders after the uninstall including any config or punkbuster folders?

I don't know if it is significant, but there are rarely more than 36-40 players on the server no when i jioin whereas I am sure there were about 50-55 for the same time a few weeks back. Maybe more people are affected.

Try patching the game 1.41 ECGN provides the links to all you need in downloads section
PB updated? enabled on your end?

I had to install a new operating system, everything from scratch, did these 2 things and no problems here, good luck

As you can see I've been using 1.41. Since that is what platnium comes with.

Lordshard is it possible you have a cvar script that PB kicks for? you shouldnt be having these probs, look for the specific failure that kicks you, in your console after game loads up @bch.

Nope. I'm not using any scripts.Just a clean install. It says "attempting to update PB" Then says it recieves the master security info a few times then I get kicked. It doesn't even say if I'm violating any cvar settings.

you try "set pb_security 0"? not the ideal way, but works for many.
